​Beginning Fencers may use club equipment during the trial membership.  The club equipment is cleaned and sanitized after practices.  However using/borrowing equipment is not ideal for fencing.  Equipment provides the most protective service when it fits correctly and is personally cared for.  Club jackets and masks are designed for general use.  They may not fit perfectly and feel foreign to the body while competition.  Using a borrowed set equipment for a tournament or long term would be very similar to borrowing an unfamiliar violin at the start of a performance.  A full set of equipment is usually about $650.  Please click on the item to add to your cart. These are just some of the equipment items that we have in inventory or we can order in.  Valkyrie fencers should talk with Coach Julie about equipment before ordering (from anywhere).  Equipment is tricky and new fencers are often taken advantage of by vendors who don't take the time to really know what you need.
